I filled in the contact form for Reclamet this morning. It took less than an hour to hear my phone ringing with a call from Reclamet. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Sian, and I can honestly say this company, and their FANTASTIC customer service literally turned a day of sobbing into my chihuahua, into a day of very happy smiles and eternal gratitude! Sian- if I ever get the chance, I OWE YOU THAT HUG!!!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH RECLAMET!

An amazing company, they did what they said they'll do.Sian at Customer Service is friendly, helpful and professional.The driver who picked up my car is also friendly, helpful and professional.They paid a better price for my car.Highly recommended.

My car broke down, in Dover I contacted the company and they called back immediately. The conversation was very nice and professional. everything was taken care of in one conversation. thank you and recommend to everyone.

After being let down several times by other companies , Reclaimet did exactly as promised - showed up in time and paid promptly. Emma on the phone was polite and very easy to deal with .

Scrapped a car here recently , quick process and money in bank same day . Today bought parcel shelf , cheaper then online competitors . 2 small gripes - wish they kept wheels for sale , had to buy one from another breaker . Lastly , they need to sort customer parking , absolutely rammed now , nice they're busy but nowhere to park safely .

Emma at Reclamet was great.Clear communication via email and, when appropriate, telephone. No pressure - just what suited me, when it suited me.Collection was arranged for the same day as it suited me. Dave, the collection driver, called and arrived exactly as he promised.Money was in the bank the same day the car went - all exactly as promised.Shame we had to use Reclamet - I'd rather the car was still on the road ! - but would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the same position.

After encountering many underwhelming companies for scrapping my vehicle, I found Reclamet. I spoke with Emma, who gave me a great price and managed the whole process efficiently; she's personable and responds quickly to any queries and, most importantly, finds solutions!

Went to reclamet today for two tyres. Drove straight in and was met with a friendly smile from two employees. I told them what I wanted and before I knew it the car had been jacked up wheels off,new tyres on ..done. Always visit and always a great job smile and banter 10/10 guys

Very good customer service.A time was arranged for my (now ex) car to be picked up which was convenient for me, The service at Reclamet was punctual and very competitive.Being left without a car I was also transfered to Mike, a very helpful man who is now helping support me with a possible new car within my chosen budget.Great service 👍

I used this company in October 2022. I haven’t had the time to leave this review but felt it necessary as the service was so good. A very polite and professional service. I spoke to a very helpful lady named Emma in the morning. The car was collected by lunchtime and I received the money in my bank account in the afternoon. I had some deep scratches on my front bumper which Reclamet sanded and resprayed to a perfect finish they picked up my car from home and returned it next day. Having not scrapped a car before I was very wary of the whole process however, Emma Card was amazing from start to finish, reassured me throughout and took me all through the process. Collection of the car went very smoothly, again very informative. Pay out was extremely quick, money in my bank just a few hours after car was collected. Highly recommended! I had a Ford Galaxy that has come to the limit of its useful life. I phoned Reclamet and they made the whole car recycling process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Cheery, helpful and knowledgeable office staff, good prices, prompt service to sort out the arrangements. On the day of collection, I was contacted by polite and courteous lorry driver ahead of his arrival, the collection and removal went without a problem.Payment was made promptly on the same day. Recently been to reclamet a few times after parts for my A3 and they always deliver. The service I receive from Gary and Janice is always A*. Even when cars are up in the racks they’re more than happy to bring them down to help find the part you’re after! Brilliant every time!! Happy customer here 🙂

I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, fast and efficient service in repairing a smashed car passenger window. They were fantastic, they went above and beyond to help me. They were so kind- and when that’s rare, as it is these days, it needs to be acknowledged!If I could give 20 starts I would.

Inquired about a drivers door mirror for my VW Golf, Reclamet team got back to me very promptly to say they had one and in colour!!Many photos showed the mirror as it was with a few blemishes to the coloured cover. Swapping over was quite easy, used my existing cover as it had fewer marks. Keep the Reclamet one aside in case I decide to get it repainted. Came across them from the guys at Salvage Rebuilds, will use Reclamet if / when the need arises. Arrive very well packaged. Excellent service.

Absolutely outstanding service! For the TFL Scrappage scheme! Driver brilliant and so polite that collected my peugeot van ! Sian was so clear and gave me all the information I needed! Van collected on the day we booked it in ! Payment made that day and certificate of destruction sent ! Fantastic service! Car was collected in good time.Dave Masters the driver came and checked the driveway was strong enough for the vehicle before attempting to reverse down it,its fairly narrow but did it with care and consideration.Really impressed, really good bunch of people from Sian in the office to Dave the driver. After a family member died,I popped down to Reclamet to purchase a BMW steering wheel to spray paint white and lay in loving memory of him, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request. It took at least a hour and two sites for them to get this and they were so thoughtful they didn't even charge us. Thank you so much your service time and donation it is truly appreciated! I would recommend anytime. So thoughtful thanks again!

Phoned the team last night in a bit of a panic not really knowing what to do. I must of sounded like a mad women but the lady was so nice on the phone shes like address love im like siskin close.OK she said we will come get it Tomorrow the man come omg he was so polite went through everything with me.Not been paid yet but they said after 12 so thats good.Thank you team for making my experience so much easier. You might get offered more money somewhere els but you won't get the same care

Beware of George and his great promise. Multiple phonecalls within 5mins of speaking to him finally accepted and agreed to a good deal. Car was picked up very quickly the next day and taken away for scrap. He Then promised the money in my account by 6pm...just to let you know they shut there phone lines at 5pm so no way of contacting them. Beautiful sales pitch to to avoid the payment not going in, was expecting to be honest(that's me lie). I will 'hopefully' get my money for scrap car 'probably' Monday as there closed over weekend. But fair play George for insisting on a review. Not your fault mate just part of a c#ntish system. Other than that 5 out of 5 for customer service and speedy collection of car.....fingers crossed for monday payment 💪
