We had been on the hunt for specific seats with swivel bases and dual arm rests for a customer of ours . we rang Reclamet and spoke to Jamie who dealt with our order the whole way through. Jamie kept us updated on the process even sending us pictures of the seats and videos of them. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful, We deal with a lot of other businesses and we wish every business had a Jamie. Thank you for making the process so nice and easy and when they turned up the next day they was exactly as pictured and packaged properly.

I've had 2 vehicles picked up by Reclamet in the last fortnight. Prices were good and they paid a couple of hours after each vehicle was collected. I had their driver Phil turn up to collect a Volvo with a disconnected steering column. He somehow managed to get a 7.5t lorry up the narrow drive. Then he was able to get the car on the truck safely. Job done👍

I can’t recommend them enough, I had 1or2 issues ordering a wing mirror for my bmw but the lady I spoke to every time was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. A massive thank you from me and will definitely be a returning customer should I need anymore parts in the future

I’ve just visited reclamet as I just bought a new car. I needed a part to be able to fit my radio and the person behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. They found the part I was looking for quickly and at a good price. This was great customer service and I’d recommend coming here for any part requirements for your car.

My bumper & lights needed fixing. I saw on a Facebook group that these guys came highly recommended- they offer a few services, but their repair shop came up as a great service they offered. I messaged their FB. Inbox, and off the photo I sent, they gave me a quote and said to swing by in person to their HQ in Manston. Spoke to Gary who was great to deal with, I booked in the work for the following Tuesday. I dropped the car off at 8am, I had my one-year-old with me, and they offered to give me a lift home, so I wouldn’t be standing around in the rain waiting for a cab, I picked my car up at 4:30 pm. Such a great company to deal with, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Put my mind at ease. Highly recommend.

Brilliant salvage company, Rang on Friday afternoon, very friendly and helpful staff. Car collected first thing Monday morning. Notified on the day of ETA, driver arrived on time and was very friendly and efficient. Money in bank within a few hours. Driver completed yellow slip & I notified DVLA immediately after. Would definitely recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but this company is well deserved of one. Not just because of the good service, but the after care was incredible. 2 years after I used reclamet I needed to provide proof that the car was collected and transferred to them. I emailed them and within a few minutes received all the information I asked for. So many companies and organisations could learn from this excellent customer care. What a great find! This business is amazing. We needed a couple of parts for our 2009 Freelander which is still in great condition but the parts are no longer in production. The girls in the office are super efficient, providing as many options as they possibly can to assist. We are local so we could visit in person but the delivery service would be just as efficient. Inquired about a drivers door mirror for my VW Golf, Reclamet team got back to me very promptly to say they had one and in colour!! Many photos showed the mirror as it was with a few blemishes to the coloured cover. Swapping over was quite easy, used my existing cover as it had fewer marks. Keep the Reclamet one aside in case I decide to get it repainted. Came across them from the guys at Salvage Rebuilds, will use Reclamet if / when the need arises. Arrive very well packaged. Excellent service.

They provided me with a very competitive quote for scrapping my vehicle, very friendly customer service, no hassle pick up and the money was in my account a few hours later, very happy!

Beware of George and his great promise. Multiple phonecalls within 5mins of speaking to him finally accepted and agreed to a good deal. Car was picked up very quickly the next day and taken away for scrap. He Then promised the money in my account by 6pm...just to let you know they shut there phone lines at 5pm so no way of contacting them. Beautiful sales pitch to to avoid the payment not going in, was expecting to be honest(that's me lie). I will 'hopefully' get my money for scrap car 'probably' Monday as there closed over weekend. But fair play George for insisting on a review. Not your fault mate just part of a c#ntish system. Other than that 5 out of 5 for customer service and speedy collection of car.....fingers crossed for monday payment 💪

After a family member died,I popped down to Reclamet to purchase a BMW steering wheel to spray paint white and lay in loving memory of him, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request. Emma at Reclamet was great. Clear communication via email and, when appropriate, telephone. No pressure - just what suited me, when it suited me. Collection was arranged for the same day as it suited me. Dave, the collection driver, called and arrived exactly as he promised. Shame we had to use Reclamet - I'd rather the car was still on the road ! - but would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the same position.

Scrapped a car here recently , quick process and money in bank same day . Today bought parcel shelf , cheaper then online competitors . 2 small gripes - wish they kept wheels for sale , had to buy one from another breaker . Lastly , they need to sort customer parking , absolutely rammed now , nice they're busy but nowhere to park safely .

Attended today with my car, drove it onto the weight bridge, went into the office and handed the log book and I.D over with my bank details to have the money for the car paid into.
