Took some scrap aluminum in from alterations I was making to my conservatory and was met by a very friendly staff and I was treated fairly, most certainly will go again if the need arises .

I filled out the online scrap car quote form one evening. I got a phone call and email the following morning with a price. I phoned Reclmet a few days later once I knew my availability and arranged collection. I asked if it was okay to throw some scrap steel in the boot and they could have it, and they kindly gave me an extra £10 anyway. Payment received same day. I handed over the V5 logbook then later realized I needed the V5 number to inform the DVLA I scrapped the car. I emailed Sian asking if she could email me the number and she scanned and emailed me the front page of the V5 first thing the next morning. Very happy customer.

Ty was fantastic! It was a really difficult job to get the car, which was frozen, off the driveway through an awkward gap. He was super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to get the job done. Really pleased with everything he done

I highly recommended when the time comes for your car tobgo to the big garage in the sky. They might not offer quite as much as one of their main competitors but the service is second to none. The office staff were helpful and always polite when providing a quote and as soon as a price was agreed the car was collected the next working day. The communication was great on the day, the driver turned up on time and was a credit to the company - polite, professional and cheerful driver. Money paid straight into my account the same day.

Absolutely fantastic service from Reclamet today! We had four tyres fitted and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish.
